1. No Returns & No Refunds
Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Refund requests due to change of mind, dislike, or minor variations in product appearance will not be entertained.
2. Exchange Policy
We only allow exchanges in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos).
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Exchange Process
Contact our support team at support@ptronics.com within the exchange period.
Provide order details and clear evidence of the defect/damage.
Once verified, our team will arrange an exchange for the same product (subject to availability).
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
Clearance/discounted items, personalized/customized products, and accessories are not eligible for exchange.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs will not be accepted.
5. Shipping for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for verification.
Ptronics will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement product to you (if the exchange request is valid).
