1. No Returns & No Refunds

  • Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

  • Refund requests due to change of mind, dislike, or minor variations in product appearance will not be entertained.

2. Exchange Policy

  • We only allow exchanges in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos).

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@ptronics.com within the exchange period.

  2. Provide order details and clear evidence of the defect/damage.

  3. Once verified, our team will arrange an exchange for the same product (subject to availability).

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Clearance/discounted items, personalized/customized products, and accessories are not eligible for exchange.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs will not be accepted.

5. Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for verification.

  • Ptronics will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement product to you (if the exchange request is valid).
